For non-defective items

We do not offer refunds or accept returns for used laptops and other second-hand products once the purchase is completed. Please carefully review all product photos, specifications, and condition details or contact with us before placing your order.

For defective products

If the product has a functional defect that was not disclosed in advance, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will inspect the product and provide repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Step 1: Contact Us First

Step 2: Return If Needed

If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, you will be asked to return the laptop along with all included accessories to our office.

Once we receive the laptop, our team will inspect and repair it. If the laptop cannot be repaired, a replacement unit will be provided after consultation with you.
